Hi, I'm Gabby, gluten free since 2021. I know the struggle of finding safe food out, especially sweet treats! After making my own birthday cake for my first birthday being gluten free, I found my love for gluten free baking.

Gabby's is a gluten-free cake and coffee shop that opened its doors in April 2025. Our warm atmosphere invites you to relax and enjoy a moment of bliss, whether you're catching up with friends or savoring a quiet break.
